How Long Does It Take?

Order Processing & Production Time

Each custom portrait is made to order. Production typically takes 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Once your portrait is complete, it will be carefully packaged and handed over to our shipping carrier. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

Delivery Time

After production is complete, delivery takes an estimated 7–10 business days depending on your location within the United States. Most shipments are handled by FedEx or DHL.

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 14–20 business days.

What to Do If There Is a Shipping Issue?

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at support@everportrait.com within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Package Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to us, we will investigate the reason immediately. Once the return is confirmed at our facility, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note that if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or because it was not picked up within the carrier’s holding period, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Tracking Shows Delivered but Package Not Received

If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please email support@everportrait.com within 3 calendar days of the delivery notification. Provide your order details and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Reports submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for carrier investigation or compensation..

Understanding Estimated Delivery Dates

Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, shipping is subject to various factors beyond our control, and delays may occasionally occur.

Carriers provide estimated delivery dates, which can fluctuate due to weather conditions, capacity constraints, warehouse processing times, and other logistical variables. Delays are also more common during peak seasons such as holidays, major sales events, or periods of high order volume.

If a delay occurs, we will do our best to expedite your shipment and keep you informed with the latest updates from the carrier.

Deliveries to Remote Areas

Delivery to remote or rural locations within the United States may take additional time beyond the standard 7–10 business day estimate. Actual delivery time will depend on your specific address and carrier availability in your area.
