HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS PACKAGED?

Each artwork is packaged according to its size, framing style, and shipping requirements to provide maximum protection during transit.

Stretched & Framed Artworks — Box Packaging

Medium and large stretched or framed artworks are securely packed in heavy-duty reinforced cardboard boxes with multiple protective layers, corner guards, and cushioning materials.

Our packaging process is designed to minimize movement and protect the artwork from impact during transportation.

 


 

Rolled Canvas — Tube Packaging

Canvas-only orders may be carefully rolled and shipped inside a durable dent-resistant tube.

This shipping method is:

· Extremely safe for oversized canvases

· More cost-efficient for large artworks

· Preferred for customers planning local stretching or framing

Rolled canvases can easily be stretched or framed by a professional framing shop after delivery.

 


 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Production Time

Each artwork is hand-painted by professional artists. Production typically takes:

· 7–14 business days

Custom portraits with complex compositions or multiple subjects may require additional time.

 


 

Shipping Time

After production approval and shipment:

· Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days

Shipping carriers may include:

· FedEx

· DHL

· UPS

· Specialized art logistics providers

 


 

Total Estimated Timeline

From order placement to delivery, the average timeline is:

· Approximately 10–20 business days

 


 

ART APPROVAL PROCESS

During the painting process, our artists may provide progress updates, preview photos, or videos of your artwork.

Customers may request reasonable revisions such as:

· Color adjustments

· Background refinements

· Minor detail modifications

Your artwork will only be shipped after final approval whenever applicable.

 


 

SHIPPING COVERAGE

Currently, Ever Portrait primarily ships within the United States.

We are actively expanding international shipping availability and may support additional countries in the future.

 


 

SHIPPING COSTS

Free Shipping

We proudly offer:

· Free standard shipping within the United States

Shipping fees are already included in the artwork pricing unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

· Customs duties or import taxes for international orders (if applicable) are not included.

 


 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost.

If your package is:

· Lost

· Damaged

· Mishandled during transit

We will work directly with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund solution.

 


 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

· Carrier details

Tracking information may take several days to update after shipment processing.

 


 

MULTIPLE ARTWORK ORDERS

Whenever possible, multiple artworks from the same order will be shipped together.

However, depending on:

Some items may occasionally arrive separately.

 


 

GIFT DELIVERIES

You may ship artwork directly to another recipient by entering their shipping information during checkout.

If your order is intended as a surprise gift, we recommend notifying our support team in advance so we can avoid unintended delivery notifications to the recipient.
