Payment Failures

If you encounter issues during payment, here are some common problems and solutions.

1. Credit Card Payment Failed with Code 80010: Transaction
Do Not Honour

Cause: The card-issuing bank perceives the transaction as risky, particularly for international transactions. This can happen due to bank policies or if the cardholder has set a limit on online purchases.

Solution: Contact your card-issuing bank to authorize the transaction or
verify that it is your purchase. You may also need to adjust your online
spending limits.

2. Credit Card Payment Failed with Code 80090: Cannot
Start 3D Authorized Service

Cause: The 3D verification service is not enabled on your card.

Solution: Contact your card-issuing bank to enable 3D verification services.
Ensure you complete the 3D verification steps as prompted, or try using a
different card.

3. Credit Card Payment Failed with Code 20061: Duplicate
Order

Cause: The customer exited the 3D verification process and attempted to pay
again, causing a duplicate transaction.

Solution: Complete the 3D verification process as prompted and avoid
refreshing or leaving the page during payment.

4. PayPal Payment Failed

Cause: Ever Portrait does not support PayPal Credit.

Solution: Use your PayPal account balance or a linked debit/credit card to
complete the payment.

Exchange Rate Conversion

All transactions on Ever Portrait's official website are processed in U.S. dollars
(USD). If you are paying with a non-USD credit card, your card-issuing bank may
apply additional exchange rate conversion fees or result in exchange rate
losses. Please contact your bank regarding any extra charges and claim refunds
if necessary.

Payment Security

Transactions are secure. All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment
processors — including Shopify Payments and PayPal — that use industry-standard
encryption to secure your data.

Card
information remains private. Ever Portrait / Everportrait Inc does not store
any credit card information on its website, ensuring that your payment details
