Frequently Asked
Each product page showcases a different portrait style, background, or creative direction to help you find inspiration for your custom artwork. However, the ordering process and hand-painted service are the same across all pages.
You may place your order from any product page you like. The main factor that affects the product option and price is the number of subjects you would like included, such as one person or pet, two to three subjects, or four to five subjects.
After you place your order, our team will review your photos and customization requests with you before the final painting process begins. You are not limited to the exact example shown on the product page.
We recommend using clear, naturally lit photos with visible facial details and minimal filters. Smartphone photos are completely fine — professional photography is not required. If you're unsure, our team is always happy to review your photo before production begins.
Yes. We can combine people, pets, or backgrounds from separate photos into a single composition. This is especially popular for family portraits, memorial pieces, and gift commissions.
Yes. We understand that many of our customers share their homes with beloved pets.
Our paintings are created using artist-grade materials and are fully dried and inspected before shipment. We aim to use low-odor, non-toxic materials whenever applicable and take care to ensure that each artwork is suitable for normal indoor display.
Because sensitivities can vary between individual pets, we recommend placing newly unpacked artwork in a well-ventilated area for a short period if any mild fresh-paint odor is present.
Under normal household use, our paintings are intended to be safely displayed in living rooms, bedrooms, offices, and other pet-friendly spaces.
In many cases, we can still work with older or imperfect photos. Our artists carefully enhance composition and detail while preserving the emotional authenticity of the original image. If a photo is not suitable, we’ll let you know before production begins.
Absolutely. We can simplify backgrounds, remove distractions, or create a cleaner composition that better suits the final artwork and your interior space.
Yes. We offer customization options such as background adjustments, outfit changes, adding pets or family members, and other composition refinements whenever possible.
Artwork Process
Yes — every portrait is individually hand-painted by a real artist using traditional oil painting techniques on canvas. We never use digital printing or AI-generated paint filters. Each artwork is created from scratch with visible brushwork, layered texture, and authentic craftsmanship.
Most portraits are completed within 7-10 days depending on size, complexity, and current studio demand. This timeline includes painting, drying time, quality inspection, and secure packaging before shipment.
Yes. A preview image will be shared for approval before your portrait is shipped. Minor revisions can be requested at this stage to ensure the final artwork feels right for you.
Of course. We offer revision opportunities during the preview stage for adjustments such as color balance, small facial refinements, or composition details.
Our goal is to preserve the likeness and emotional feeling of your photo while transforming it into a timeless oil painting. Because each artwork is painted by hand, subtle artistic interpretation and natural brushstroke variation are part of the final character of the piece.
Sizes & Pricing
Smaller sizes work beautifully for intimate spaces such as bedrooms, shelves, or offices, while larger portraits create a more dramatic statement in living rooms and entryways.
