At Ever Portrait, we believe that welcoming art into your home should be a seamless and worry-free experience. That's why we've designed a straightforward, transparent return policy—so you can shop for your favorite pieces with total confidence.

ARTWORK QUALITY

If your artwork fails to match the description or visual representations on our official website, you qualify for a full refund.

All our artworks are original, handcrafted pieces created by professional artists. Since each piece is one-of-a-kind, minor variations in color, texture, or brushstroke are to be expected.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Should your artwork arrive damaged in transit, we offer a complimentary replacement or a full refund at your discretion.

To facilitate insurance claims and investigations, please provide clear photos of both the damaged artwork and its original packaging.

CUSTOM PORTRAIT POLICY

Custom portraits are eligible for returns under our 30-day money-back guarantee, just like any other artwork in our collection.

If you wish to cancel a custom order before it ships, you may do so at any time with no fees or penalties. Simply contact our support team, and we will process your cancellation immediately.

Custom portraits are made-to-order and tailored exclusively to your specifications. We are proud to stand behind the quality of every custom piece we create.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

You have a 30-day window from the date you receive your artwork to request a return for any reason at all.

Unlike traditional return processes, we do not require you to ship the artwork back. Instead, we ask you to provide a video demonstrating that the artwork has been destroyed. Once verified, your refund will be processed.

We do not charge return shipping fees or restocking fees for approved returns. Since customers are not required to ship the artwork back, no return postage is required.

 

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

       Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your artwork.

       You must provide a clear video showing the artwork being destroyed as proof. The video should clearly show the artwork both before and after destruction.

       Once your return request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

RETURNS DUE TO PERSONAL PREFERENCE

If the artwork you selected doesn't fit your space, align with your interior design style, or the size isn't quite what you envisioned—don't stress. You're welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

How to Initiate a Return

1.     Contact our support team at support@everportrait.com within 30 days of delivery to notify us of your return request.

2.     Our team will send you a return authorization (RA) number.

3.     Record a clear video showing the artwork being destroyed. The video must clearly show the artwork before destruction and the final destroyed state.

4.     Send the destruction video to our support team for review.

5.     After our team reviews and confirms the destruction video, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Key Notes

       You do not need to ship the artwork back to us.

       The destruction video serves as your proof of return.

       Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
